The location is AMAZING. It offers so much to guests. I enjoyed the comfortable furniture and cool jazz playing in the background at the Great Scots Bar. The breakfast was a HIGHLIGHT. I loved the mimosa and Bloody Mary station and the wonderful cooked breakfast buffet.
The lobby bar was closed, so I had to use the main hotel bar. ALL facilities should be available for what you are paying.

The valet parking staff offered EXCELLENT service. They rescued us upon arrival. I appreciated that the staff were friendly and provided lots of useful information , but I noticed that sometimes they were just doing their job.

The leisure facilities were EXCELLENT, and I enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool! THERE are many activities to do during your stay. The grounds are fine, and the location is amazing with the loch nearby.

There is a wide choice of food available, and food quality IS excellent. I found that the breakfast station offered glasses for juice that were bigger than two sips worth. The champagne boat cruise around the Loch was also AMAZING.

the breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious choices, i particularly enjoyed the waffles and fresh fruit. the staff provided excellent service in the grill restaurant. the christmas decorations, i want to thank raf, david, amy and shanna for their patience with our party.
the room's air conditioning did not cool very effectively.

i enjoyed the breakfast. it had many choices. the staff were friendly and helpful (especially the concierge!). i found the room to be super clean and cozy. the toiletries were a nice touch.
The pool area was quite busy. i had to pay extra to use the carrick spa. the steam rooms weren't working properly in the spa i visited. That was disappointing.
